Payment Terms and Conditions
- All payments must be completed 4 weeks prior to the training date.
- Payment can only be made using a credit/ debit card through an online payment gateway.
- An additional AED 3 charge will be applied as per UAE Banking law.
- An invoice will be automatically sent to the registered email address. The invoice is system-generated and does not require a signature or stamp.
- Payment authorization is a process used to verify the payment method and the amount to be paid.
- In the event of cancellation by the customer, for any reason, payments made in cash or card are non-refundable.
- If the purchase is canceled by the training provider (KU) or there is a failure to deliver the training, a refund will be automatically processed within 2 weeks.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
- In the event of a return, a service fee of AED 3 will not be refunded.
- Prices quoted are exclusive of 5% VAT.
