Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. All payments must be completed 4 weeks prior to the training date.
  2. Payment can only be made using a credit/ debit card through an online payment gateway.
  3. An additional AED 3 charge will be applied as per UAE Banking law.
  4. An invoice will be automatically sent to the registered email address. The invoice is system-generated and does not require a signature or stamp.
  5. Payment authorization is a process used to verify the payment method and the amount to be paid.
  6. In the event of cancellation by the customer, for any reason, payments made in cash or  card are non-refundable.
  7. If the purchase is canceled by the training provider (KU) or there is a failure to deliver the training, a refund will be automatically processed within 2 weeks.
  8. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
  9. In the event of a return, a service fee of AED 3 will not be refunded.
  10. Prices quoted are exclusive of 5% VAT.
